Gram Flour curry

 Step by step method of making basin curry

for gravy

water 1 2/2 lt
chick pea flour (basin)1 c
yogurt 3 c
ginger garlic paste 1 t.sp
turmenic(haldi) 1 tb.sp
red chii powder 1 1/2 tb.sp
salt 1 2/2 tb.sp (or to taste)
onion chopped 1 m ()
carry pata 8 leaves

chop onion in the yogurt n put all the ingredients above on stove at medium until thicken (or when desired cosistency is obtained).

for pholki

chick pea flour (basin) 2 c
cumin(zeera) 1 tb.sp
ajwain a pinch
red chili powder 1 tb.sp
salt 1 tb.sp
baking soda 1/4 t.sp

mix all the above ingredients together into a thick batter.
n put it aside for 1/2 hour

now in a frying pan fry the batter by dippings

oil 1 c
garlic cloves 2 (slices)
green chilies 6- 7
carry pata 16 leaves
red chili whole 8-10
cumin 1 tbsp
ajwain 1/4 t.sp
onion 1 l slices

saute onion in oil tell golden brown now add all the above ingredients in it n fry for 5 min
