-1 pack noodles, boiled (any kind you like)
-2 cups thinly sliced green chilli
– about 2c mix vegetables 1 c each cabbages(chopped),spring onions(chopped)
chicken breasts cut into small chunks
-2 tblsp crushed garlic
-oil for stir frying vegetables and chicken. about 1/4 cup
-salt to taste
-3 tsp black pepper
-3 tblsp soy sauce
-soya sauce 2 tb.sp
– First of all boil your noodles in a good amount of water and salt. drain once cooked and set aside.
-then in a wok, take your oil, heat it and add chicken to it. When chicken is almost cooked, not fully cooked, add in your crushed garlic.
-When the chicken is cooked and you see the garlic is very lightly golden
-Then right away add in vegetables. stir fry this for a couple mins (2 mins) and then add in your salt, black pepper & soy sauce. fry this for another 2 mins add boiled Spaghetti .
Toss the Spaghetti well and cook on high flame mixing the Spaghetti for a minute or until the dish look ready.
serve with ketchup
& garnish it with spring onion
Zeera / Cumin Seeds
1 can chick peas
3 cups water
2 tsps Salt
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Corriander Powder
1 tsp garam masala
Pinch Black pepper
Pinch Cinnamon powder
1 tblsp grated ginger
2 cups Rice
Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the zeera and ginger, and fry gently for 2mins.
Stir in the masala’s and fry for about 1 minute. Add chickpeas add water and rice.
Bring to boil, then cover, reduce the heat to very low and simmer gently for 20 minutes, without removing the lid, until all the liquid has been absorbed.
Remove from the heat and leave to stand for 2 – 3 minutes. Fork up the rice.
Garnish the rice with coriander sprigs.

baking time 30 to 45 min (pre heat before)
1 mix all eggs, oil, sugar n vannila essence in blender till fomy texture occurs .
2 put flour , baking powder n soda in a stainer n stain it 3 times
3 put mixture of egg,oil n sugar in flour n mix well till a smooth texture comes
4 put it in a greasy pan by folding method.
